AI Field Management or "AI FM" is a cloud-based workforce management SaaS that is both scalable, customizable and device / platform agnostic, capable of running across desktop and mobile systems.Assign jobs to field workers with SMS or via native apps, with ultimate package users granted access to iOS and Android apps for workforce and customers, while a website portal also gives self service client support.

Credit card processing is built into the AI FM interface with the ability to keep customer card data securely on file to make repeat business convenient, while reporting capabilities include transaction analytics.

All system data is organized by job with “Forever Access” to allow for the centralized, anytime anywhere accessibility, editing, retrieval and creation of jobs with the ability to go back over long historical records to analyze how a particular job performed.

QuickBooks Online and Desktop integration automatically syncs job, invoice and payments data into existing accounting solutions, with additional third-party support also available.
